All in stock items ship within 2 business days. Time in transit is anywhere from 2 to 10 business days. Atoll Board Company takes pride in getting you your purchase fast. Because of our multiple fulfillment centers located strategically across the continental US it is not uncommon for our customers to have their board on the water in 3 days or less. Once your purchase has shipped Atoll will provide you with a tracking number via email.
SHIPPING DAMAGE & CLAIMS
CONCEALED DAMAGE
If the shipment is signed for without any notation of damage to the contents or box, and concealed damage is discovered after unpacking and inspecting the goods further, please email pictures of the damage to CustomerService@AtollBoards.com within 48 hours of signing for the shipment. We will not be able to file a claim, however, we will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with the outcome.

We want our customers to shop with confidence, every board and Atoll product is backed by our 60 day return policy, as well as a 30 Day return policy on all 3rd party non-Atoll products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return it no questions asked and return your board or other item for an exchange or full refund (minus return shipping fees). The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (if applicable). Although rarely assessed all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee within the 60 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned.
